Processing times

Non-custom items: typically 1–3 business days.

Custom/engraved items: add 3–5 business days for personalization.

Orders may ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners and can arrive in separate packages.

Estimates, not guarantees

Transit times shown at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. Original shipping is non-refundable (except where required by law).

Split shipments & tracking

Your order may be split into multiple parcels. We’ll provide tracking for each package as available.

Address changes & cancellations

We process orders quickly. Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment partners, edits or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need a change, email us within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact the carrier and email us within 3 business days of the delivery scan with any carrier case number. Signature-required shipping is available on request for an extra fee; when selected, risk transfers upon signature. (See our Terms.)

Wrong/insufficient address

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect/insufficient address, we can re-ship after collecting the re-shipment postage. If you prefer a return instead, we’ll process it per our Returns Policy.

International shipments (if enabled)

Duties/taxes/fees (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility and may affect delivery times.
